It’s now more than 20 years since I trained as a Reiki Master/Teacher and began my journey with mediumship. Along the way I also trained as a transpersonal psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.

I have extensive one-to-one and group work with clients presenting with trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD and dissociative disorders, and whilst I am no-longer accepting new clients, I owe so much to this solid, grounded psychological work.
‘The wound is the place the light enters,’ wrote the Sufi poet Rumi.
My archetypal journey is that of the Wounded Healer, Chiron, in Greek mythology, who used his injury from Hercules’ poisoned arrow as a catalyst for his own healing journey from which came the wisdom, compassion and empathy to help others.
I work from lived experience and extensive professional training.
